Environmental protection plan report

1. What is the environmental protection plan?

The Plan of Environmental Protection as a binding responsibilities between project owners and communities, businesses and authorities to ensure the future sustainable development, living environment is always guaranteed.

2. Subjects performed environmental protection plan:

New investment projects, investment in scaling up, raising the capacity of production, business and service establishments not subject to the provisions in Appendix II of Decree No. 18/2015 / ND-CP.

Investment plans for production, business, services, investment plans to scale up and increase the capacity of production, business and service establishments not subject to the provisions of Clause 4 of this Article and at the same time not included in Appendix II of this Decree.

Environmental Protection Law No. 55/2014 / QH13 June 23, 2014;

Decree No. 18/2015 / ND-CP dated February 14, 2015 Regulations on environmental protection planning, strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plans;

Circular No. 27/2015 / TT-BTNMT dated May 29, 2015 guiding strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plans.
