    What is the environmental protection plan?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Plan of Environmental Protection as a binding responsibilities between project owners and communities, businesses and authorities to ensure the future sustainable development, living environment is always guaranteed.<\/p>\n

    2. Subjects performed\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>environmental protection plan<\/strong><\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    New investment projects, investment in scaling up, raising the capacity of production, business and service establishments not subject to the provisions in Appendix II of Decree No. 18\/2015 \/ ND-CP.<\/p>\n

    Investment plans for production, business, services, investment plans to scale up and increase the capacity of production, business and service establishments not subject to the provisions of Clause 4 of this Article and at the same time not included in Appendix II of this Decree.<\/p>\n

    3. Legal documents on environmental protection planning:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Environmental Protection Law No. 55\/2014 \/ QH13 June 23, 2014;<\/p>\n

    Decree No. 18\/2015 \/ ND-CP dated February 14, 2015 Regulations on environmental protection planning, strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plans;<\/p>\n

    Circular No. 27\/2015 \/ TT-BTNMT dated May 29, 2015 guiding strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plans.<\/p>\n
